  • It's the lie that made me rated up to 2 stars. When I walked in entrance with my acoustic guitar, a worker pass by coincidentally and welcomes me and said if I need any help right off the bat. This is a good thing when it comes to customer service, so kudos for that. I said, I would like to know if I could sell or trade in my guitar for another instrument. After they check out my acoustic guitar, it seems my guitar was on a bleak of breaking down soon, and they're not wrong, I can tell it myself after all, it's the reason one of the reasons why I want to sell or trade in. The unfortunate part is, they would only buy it off me for $20. Yeah, it's definitely low balling it, but I don't blame them. Most sell in stuff policy always rips you off any way so I didn't expect much. What really surprised me is trade is the same. You know, I figured they would be like gamestop or Sam ash and offer an extra 10% deal if I were to trade in my instrument. Nope, sadly, it's the same as selling it. Seriously, how stingy can you get. If it was just this, I would have a three star for alright service, but sadly, they had to lie. I said if I were to trade in my guitar along with $50, what's the cheapest traveling guitar size can I get for either used or new. They said $200 was the least. Bullshit! There was a sign in front of them that said Yamaha jr 3/4 size acoustic guitar for only 139.99 and this was new. That's the guitar I was looking for and it does count as a traveling size guitar. The point is, they lied. I don't think they were incompetent since they knew what they were doing. So, my only conclusion is that they lied because the don't want to deal with customers that has money or budget problems... Seriously disappointed.
