If I could give 0 stars I would; worst customer service EVER...
I purchased an iPhone 8 Plus for $800 and it had a faulty home button that cracked. That voids the warranty and they won't do anything about it. Absolutely absurd with how long I've been a customer and how much money I spend with them.
I will NEVER do business with this location again and I'm seriously considering dropping Verizon and going to another service provider. Manager and staff completely unhelpful and uncaring.
**Update**
I went to the Apple Store at the Biltmore not more than an hour after I left this Verizon store and they had no issues helping me and replacing my iPhone that I purchased THROUGH Verizon. Goes to show that their "Manufacture Warranty" excuse was nothing more than an attempt to screw their customers.
