  • I went in today to get a full set, regular polish. The guy who did my nails was 30-40 and seemed completely inexperienced! He also answered a PERSONAL PHONE CALL IN THE MIDDLE of doing my nails that lasted about 5 minutes and proceeded to mess up my nails (length and shape are way off). I have been here before and had to ask him to do things that are regular procedure (oil on nails before washing, cleaning gel from underneath nail) completely unprofessional! My last straw was when I had asked for my nails to be just slightly longer than medium sized (not a big difference at all) and he said he would charge $5 extra which has NEVER been a thing at this place totally unprofessional and rude guy. I brought them regular business but will not be coming back.
