  • This place is a joke. Worst customer service ever, this morning from Miguel. My bill was raised nearly 20%, with a poor excuse for an explanation. Miguel said it showed I have a box! I DONT HAVE A BOX, OR A REMOTE. I HAVE "RECEPTION ONLY " CABLE. Channel 3-13 only. I use my own smart Tv remote. $70. a mo. for BASIC, and I mean BASIC Cable? To make it even worse, Miguel gave me my change. ....wait for it....IN PENNIES! (and still managed to give me incorrect change! What a horrible experience!
