| - The initial price seems manageable, but beware of all the extra and hidden fees for cancelling, being late, and having to retake tests. You are given 48-hours to make changes to your schedule, otherwise are charged a $20 fee.
They automatically sign you up for lessons and only notify you 24 hours in advance, so there is no way to cancel or plan your schedule unless you're constantly checking in with the office.
They charge late fees on overdue payments, but only notify you about outstanding balances once the late fee has come into effect, so again, you're calling the office all the time.
The in-class theory lessons are almost always full, so you have to call the office regularly to see if any spots have opened up.
English classes are limited and almost always full.
They have many locations, but charge you extra to take a class at any location other that the one you registered at, even if the classes are full.
If they cancel a class or they are late, don't expect an apology or even any acknowledgement that they've messed up.
The $45 book "included" with the course is useless, don't expect to learn anything from it.
The manager and office staff are crooks, and the bathroom never has toilet paper or hand soap. Overall, a rip off.
