Over a year ago I paid for a full year (12 months + 2-3 free months for paying in full) UPS store mailbox. I paid extra to get email notifications with my mailbox. If anything was delivered to this mailbox I was supposed to get an email notification and/or a call. In over a year of having this box I never once got an email or phone call when items were delivered to the box. I spoke with the staff on at least 10 occasions and was told it would be corrected, verified they had my correct email address, etc. I never once received an email when mail or packages were delivered to the box.
That is, I never received an email until it was time to renew my box! They couldn't be bothered to provide the service I paid for but they made sure to send out emails when the contract was about to expire and it was time to pay for another year. Since I was using this box for my business I ended up having several important communications from the IRS and NV Secretary of State that were received weeks late. I've used UPS store boxes in the past but this store was by far the worst. I will never use this store again. This location should honestly be shut down. In the rare case I ever needed to drop off a package there would usually be a line going to the door while 1 or 2 employees slowly worked with confused customers. Dropping off a package with pre-printed shipping label could take half an hour.
This store has honestly damaged my perception of UPS and the UPS Store brand. I will NEVER do business at this location again.
