| - I love Cornish Pasty, doesn't matter which location, the food is always great. When I get take out for home, I stick with Oggies and Pilgrim pasties. But a couple of friends recently moved here and this is a regular meet up spot for us and we even celebrated our birthdays here on a Monday night.
Other great savory pasties I have enjoyed are the Guinness beef stew, Shepard's Pie, Cottage Pie and breakfast all day.
Desserts here are huge and can be shared by 3-4 people. My favorites are the Banoffee Pie (not for those who hate whipped cream), sticky toffee pudding, and apple pasty. The PBJ pasty is also good but I don't usually go for that flavor for dessert, might make a good breakfast? Skip the chocolate bread pudding, its pretty dry.
Whatever you do, order the Transatlantique Lambic Kriek beer!! I don't drink beer at all, but I am in love with this one.
