Horrible experience, horrible customer service. Left work early to get to Biggs to have a Canadian Passport photo taken, only to be told I need to bring the passport specification paper with me and leave it with them. In the digital age that we are in, it is shocking to hear that they are not able to pull up the current spec online, and use it to ensure the correct photo requirements are met. They would rather lose a customer, then figure out how to go online and get the spec...of which I offered to do while in store. Just wasted an hour of my life. Such a shame when I imagine the local camera store is fighting for business with the likes of B&H or Amazon. Unfortunate. I have added a picture of the specification to this post, to show how easy this would have been to avoid a negative experience.
