  • I did the Head to Toe Pampering Package. This shouldn't be called Spa and Lounge...it's definitely misleading. It's super ran down and ghetto. They don't have speakers installed, only a small speaker/radio that they turn on. Messy small front. I was afraid to sit down and something on me. Bianca was great and friendly I can tell she's new to the business. I hope she'll get faster. I got my manicure and pedicure done by her. It took her almost 2 hours to get them done. She did a great job. I was going to get an upgrade on my nails, but she did take a little too long for my pedicure to get the acrylic done so I went ahead to get the regular manicure. I had to come back after my trip to get my facial. I did schedule to have acrylic done then too...but really hesitated after I saw reviews on here for acrylic. I didn't want to go through the pain of getting them on and not liking them. My facial was nice in a way... But... one weird thing was some thick cakey peel she applied on my face was stuck in my hair!!! I had them all in the front and the back of my hair. The entire time I had my facial...this hyper Asian lady who was refilling lotion bottles or refilling something...she kept banging it on the floor. I couldn't relax, while it sounds like someone is hammering something on the other side of the door. There's no one else there but me...she should had done it else where. The technician apologized to me for the noisy...but it would had been nice if she told her boss it's really loud for the guest.
