  • So unhappy with their customer service. I've been coming here every 2 weeks since January when I moved here from GA. I kept coming because I didn't want to go through the trouble of finding a new nail place and they did a decent job just very unfriendly. Well the other day was the last straw for me. I came in at 6:30 needing a fill (they close at 7). When I walked in someone asked what I needed and after I told them they said okay they'd be able to take me. So I start looking for a color, dabbing my nail with various colors to see which one i wanted. About 5 minutes later she walks back up to me and says on second thought they won't be able to take me. I'm like really? There's no way anyone can see me? They just told me they would and now I have random colors all over my nail. I mentioned the fact that I'm a loyal customer but that didn't matter. I was so so upset, especially because I was leaving out of town 1st thing in the morning and had to leave without a fill. I own a business and I know FIRST hand that customer service and how you take care of your customers is what separates a good business from an EXCELLENT business. Needless to say, someone else will be getting my loyal money every 2 weeks.
