I have to agree that the model unit looks nothing like the actual rental units available. I was not allowed to see my actual unit until I signed my lease. Huge letdown. Based on complaints from other residents, I do not call maintenance to make repairs. The "CAM" charges are nothing more than HOA like assessments that are hidden deep within the leasing agreements. If you plan to rent here add $75-$100 to your rent for additional charges and that will be your actual rent charged monthly. None of the four pools in the complex have been opened all summer, yet no one can tell in management can explain why this is, but will leave memos about price increases/changes on residents doors in a heartbeat. Residents are paying for advertised amenities that are not available to them. Office staff changes seasonally. The group that was here when I moved in last spring were quasi professional, but the new group looks, sounds and acts very ghetto. Look before you leap" is my word of warning.
