  • Punctual, thorough and polite! We live next to a desert wash so the potential for all things crawly is pretty high. Since signing up for Insectek's (very affordable) bimonthly protection plan we've not even seen many bugs. They send me a note in advance, arrive on time, ask about any new sightings and/or treatment preferences - then get to work! The technicians have always been very polite and personable, and are usually in and out in about 20-25 minutes. They are very knowledgeable and enjoy talking about "how to kill bugs!". Highly recommend.
