  • Worst experience of my life. I got a Brazilian wax from Jessica in December 2015. I was actually excited to try out urban wax because I got a gift card for my birthday and I'm new to Phoenix. Jessica was nice but a little snobby. She also laughed and said I flinched. WHAT DO YOU EXPECT? I WAS GETTING HAIR PULLED OUT OF MY LADY PARTS. Which btw was painful and it wasn't my first time. I honestly feel the experience was horrible. They ladies in the lobby were rude. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone and the only reason why I gave them 1 star is because I got a free panty.
