  • Nothing against the location but everyone should know. The online chat service that is meant to save time so you don't have to call in is horrible! I asked if I could be emailed information and I never received an email. Then I was transfer to another chat agent without being notified, had to verify my account again and answer the same long set of questions I already had answered then still didn't receive the information I request and I was completely ignored!
