Never Again!
Over six weeks ago I called this company to come out on a Sunday and was happy they could. My washing machine was not working properly. Ilya came in diagnosed the problem and said he would order the part. He said it should be in within a week. Great! Finally, after waiting 9 days and hearing nothing I called to see what was going on. They didn't even know who I was and had to call me back. When they called me back the part had not been ordered. OK so lets order the part....needless to say 42 days later and still no part! i was promised on numerous occasions that it was coming and then after waiting several days each time I had to call (never answered phone) only through text did I get an update. Always started with "WOW I don't know why it is taking so long" or "I have an email saying the part is back ordered so I will try another place it should be only a couple more days." Once again 6 weeks later nothing. I found the part on the Sears website and it was not back ordered and they could ship it to me within 7-10 days. The lack of communication/customer service was horrible. I had Sears come out and the technician said he had no idea why the part was so hard for Urban Appliance to order because they still make them and they are not back ordered. What a disappointment this company and its employees are. BEWARE!!
