The Tonkotsu Ramen topped with sliced roast pork, half soft boiled egg, bean sprouts and baby bok choy in pork bone broth was $10.95. The broth was delicate and not too salty. The noodles had a good chew to them. The star, however, was the roasted pork which was packed with flavour. Wish there was more.
One of my guest had the Netsu Ra-men and she had said the broth had no flavour. One of the staff took it back and brought out a new one which was much better. My other guest had the Ji Su Men was tasty and as expected.
The Takoyaki (Octopus Balls, $9.95) tasted like... bananas with tonakatsu sauce. It wasn't my cup of tea of tea but not I could see how some may enjoy its soft, gooey texture and the sweet banana flavour.
Service was quick and food came out fast.
The ingredients were quality. The seasoning could use just a little work. The price was reasonable in relation to the quantities served.
