  • Jack is always great! He knows what he's doing and he gets it done wonderfully. It's funny that no one I know calls this place "University Connection" instead people just say, "Jack's" haha. So if you're new, don't be afraid to call him by name! Sarah, his daughter is one of my sorority sisters and whenever I wore my letters he would talk about our sorority and ask if I remembered her (since she's an older sister). He's super nice and welcoming with a hint of sarcasm, love it! It's super convenient that this store is right across the street from campus too. Whenever it's busy season like the end of the semesters or during initiation season, make sure to order early to avoid rush fees!! He typically just takes a few days, depending on how busy it gets. It's super awesome that he shoots you out a text whenever your order is ready for pick up. :)
