  • ***Edited 5/20/16***** For the last year, each time we have had to bring our children to the office we make it a point to arrive a few minutes before our scheduled check in time (which is 15 minutes before the actual appointment). Each time, and i'd guesstimate we've been there 6 times in the last 12 months at varying hours of the day, we have had to wait sometimes up to 45 minutes past our appointment time to be seen. While there are several physicians in the practice we haven't seen our appointed physician in over a year. The last time we were in here the physician threw a ton of excuses for the wait and rather than apologize and move on--it was all about the excuses. Because of the excessive wait times there we have moved our children to another practice. Very pleased with this office! I went here as a kid,and when I had my son 6 months ago I had to take him here. The office staff is wonder and Dr. Michael is the best!!!
