I'm giving Pancho's a 4 star rating because we did have a great experience. The staff was welcoming and informative, even management cake over and offered a money saving suggestion for next time. (Thanks Jimmy!)
My three littles each had enchiladas. They enjoyed them. No complaints.
I ordered Enchiladas de Avocado y Artichoke. It was lovely. Everything I could've hoped for after reading the description. My jalapeƱo margarita scored a 7/10.
Hubby enjoyed some steak tacos & a beer.
In addition to our entrees we also ordered a large Guac for the table. $15! I know we are in Summerlin but JESUS!
Our check came to $123. Roughly. Typically I wouldn't budget a dinner for the 5 of us for over $80. Fortunately I snagged a coupon for 1 free entree and left a $24 tip. So $130 out the door.
So to break it down for you:
Expensive. Great service. Good quality (fresh) food. Don't expect authentic Mexican cuisine.
The restaurant itself is BEAUTIFUL.
We will probably avoid coming back with the littles and stick to the happy hour and bar areas for just the two of us. Big savings over there.
