  • Part 1 Was refereed to this location for data backup for an Apple laptop as the location I was at wasn't equipped for it. Meet with Alan at the desk and he went over some options for data backup. I was under a time crunch so I paid the rush order fee. They had everything for me a few hours which was awesome! The price was reasonable and Alan was up front with me about this before the work was done. Part 2 I ended up leaving the laptop with Alan to be repaired as it has an issue with its GPU on the motherboard. Once again Alan's team was able to not only beat the price I was quoted from another location, but they were able to replace the shell of the laptop (heavy damage) for under the cost of the the original quote. Repair took about 5 business days to be completed as they had to wait for components. Now the laptop looks completely different from the damaged version I brought in. Everything works fine now and I am happy with the work they have done. Thanks Computer Doctor BG for your help in repairing and backing up the data on the laptop!
