  • We were craving cupcakes and so I yelped it and thank goodness for us project cupcake was the only one open late on a sunday...Its located in the walmart shopping center at the corner of eastern and 215. Its small and in the strip mall it can get easily overlooked... so keep your eyes peeled oo . I read some quick reviews and ordered 2 chocolate cupcakes with caramel frosting and nuts on top...and a strawberry cupcake with strawberry frosting and one that was dipped in chocolate. The owner said those were the big sellers. Oh and we ordered the lemon macaroons. He was so nice and explained the cupcakes...from a chocolate coconut to rasoberry chocolate. He explained 4 is a better deal.. Which I knew already from reading yelp...lol He even threw in a choco cookie on the house....we were in sweets heaven : p The strawberry cupcake.....the cake itself was dense and a lil dry for my taste...but still good. U can taste the fresh strawberries : ) the frosting was light and delicious and not overly sweet... normally I wipe off 1/2 the frosting on cupcakes from any bakery... But this was so delicious with bits of fresh strawberries as well in it. Its a winner! The chocolate dipped one was ok...i thought it masked the fresh strawberry taste. Choco cupcake with caramel frosting and nuts.again cake was dense and a lil dry....but it was the end of the night... But again it was still a good cupcake..the frosting was divine... it was light and crea,my aNd love the nuts for texture. The choco cookie was sooo good! Not just good for a cupcake place but it was a little crisp on the outside and soft in the middle... Perfect. Lemon meringue... I cant rate it. I was stuffed from half a cookie and taking bites from all the others I didnt eat it until the next day. Not a good idea. Satisfied our sweet tooths...
