Overhead the store manager, Kirk and associates talking about a customer who was so obese that they broke a leather belt.
I'm appalled by this sort of behavior from a manager.
When I tried to speak to him I was disregarded and hung up on. When I called the district manager - she was too busy to bother with me. When I called her boss I got the same. Mr. Dillard is apparently the one who will be hearing my concerns. Or not. Perhaps just the Yelp, Google review, and other social media platforms will hear what I have to say instead since clearly nobody at Dillard's cares enough to listen.
