| - I'm saddened by some of the low rated reviews here. My experiences have been mostly positive, and I consider this to be my go-to office for my dogs and some Ferrell cats I've trapped and had spayed/neutered here. Yes Dr Archuleta can come off a little terse but she's damn good at what she does. Jaime at the front desk too can be pretty crass when dealing with customers, but from watching how he's treated by some, I would not last at his job for more than one day, if that. Some things to help you enjoy your trip here: two people works best; first thing is paperwork, and if you're animal is not gong to be quiet you'll be asked to wait outside. They open at 6:15am, I find that filling out my paperwork before arriving works best - just stop by the day before and they'll hand you a blank form. You sign in at the desk, but are truly not in line until you've submitted the paperwork (hence filling out the form prior to arriving). If you're looking for shots/immunizations or microchip for your pet you'll stay, pay, and then leave with your animal. Spay and neuter; your drop the animal off and come pick them up later in the day. Try calling at noon to see how they're doing, and see if you can do an early pick up at 3-4pm, otherwise it's 5-6 and there's a late fee of $25 after 6 pm.
