I have had nothing but great experiences with the Marriott hotels, until I stayed here. I am super disappointed with the staff at this hotel. I realized a few hours after check out that I had left 3 hangers in the closet, so I immediately called. The front desk told me that no one had checked into the room after me, so he ran up to check. When he got back on the line he told me that there was nothing in there but I should call in the morning to speak to the housekeeping supervisor. So That is what I did. I was told again to call back the next day after the carts are checked. So, I did that. Still nothing. So I ask to speak to the Manager and I get her voicemail. She calls me back and basically leaves me a message saying they aren't responsible for anything left behind. YEA. I get that. I am not asking for my money back. I want what is mine that was left in the closet. I called back twice and both times I was told they would call me back after checking the lost and found and I NEVER heard from them. I was really hoping whoever had my clothes had a change of heart. They so proudly put the housekeepers name on your desk (mine was DORA), yet they can't ask DORA what happened to my clothes or hold her accountable? I know they have cameras. They can see me carrying my clothes into my room and they will not see me walking out with them. And now they are just nowhere to be found. VERY disappointing. I will definitely not stay at the Fairfield Inn branch of the Marriott ever again because of this experience.
