  • Very mixed review here. The salesman was great, his name was Gary S, and he was an absolute pleasure to work with. However, after the sale was concluded, things quickly went downhill. The delivery crew barely spoke any English so they were difficult to understand. There were minor surface scratches on the table top, then after only one time of using normal ceramic plates, the table top became TERRIBLY scratched up. We paid extra for the VIP protection warranty so we called them to remedy the situation and they sent a "repair technician", who just rubbed it with a sponge while blowing on it with a hair dryer. Needless to say he was unable to fix the issue and I was told someone would contact me within 24-48 hours and I'm still waiting 3+ days later. They seem to care more about closing the deal than they do making sure everything is satisfactory after the fact. Approach and purchase with caution.
