The good:
-Clean,
-Indoors (hellooo its 100 deg summers here in AZ), climate controlled
-Stocks just about everything you need.
-Will beat all local prices by 1$ (not internet prices, just the in store prices)
-Real sticklers for safety
-In house gun smithing services.
-Numerous classes for many age groups and womens classes as well.
The bad:
-Trying to get a hold of them on the phone is impossible (Unless you are trying to get the FFL transfer dept who always always return your calls. )
-The customer service can be spotty, (In all fairness once you get to know the staff they are very very friendly)
So I guess, in all fairness they can be better, That being the only reason for 4 stars. I want to give them 5, I really do, so I will def give them a chance at it in a few months once I go to pick up my firearm and see how smooth the FFL transfer process goes.
