  • Food was tasty and the staff was nice, but didn't seem to rush despite the long line. It took 30+ minutes to get our two sandwiches like other reviewers have mentioned. We asked for a to go box at the end and the waitress smiled and said "oops, forgot!" All well, but when coupled with the slow movement of the staff, generally, you realize that there is a complacency and lack of urgency at this location. Even after 2 years of reviews stating the service is mediocre, there doesn't seem to be improvement. Anyone listening? I don't see myself coming back here.
