  • First, I'm a SBUX addict going way back. But, as many of my fellow long time addicts would agree, quality standards have been slipping. When you have a store or more on every corner, it's hard to maintain consistent quality of product and service. The folks at this store, they deserve a special shout out. This is a busy corner. A daily traffic nightmare!! And the drive thru line is typically around the building. But the line moves fast!! I roll thru this drive thru at least once a week. Always during the peak of the morning commute. I always get a professional, happy voice ... I always get a smiling face at the window ... I always get what I ordered done well. This is a store of people who appear to love what they do and are good at it. If anyone from corporate reads this, this store deserves platinum status or some other award.
