  • I asked to have my drapes altered to 83" from the top. They were different measurements all the way across (pictures provided) and she tried to tell me, first that they were uneven to begin with (which even if they were, shouldn't effect the final outcome), second that my curtain rod must be crooked. She kept asking me how many inches I wanted added, which doesn't make sense and it ranged from 1-2.5". I had to return 4 times before finally asking for my money back, which thankfully she gave me, since she doesn't provide a receipt and only works in cash.
