  • Horrible customer service. Woke up the next day after a cleaning with an extremely bruised jaw. Too embarrassed to go to work. Dentist was not available to review the issue regarding the bruise so the 'Office Manager' offered a free Whitening session. Weeks later received a bill in the mail for the "free" whitening session", which I continued to refuse to pay. Now a collections agency is involved. Summerlin Smiles is the worse dentist EVER! Horrible experience.
