Update 2: I wanted to give an update on my move. The GM of the company reached out to me after seeing my review. There were a number of mishaps involving our move and this company can't be blamed for all of those mishaps. After learning of the issue, the GM scheduled my move for the very next morning . He also sent out the military liason, a written apology, and some financial reimbursement for our issues. I really appreciated the way that he handled the issue even though his company was not the only group involved in the issue. **The movers were excellent, well-trained, efficient, very nice, helpful, and mindful of our belongings. They deserve 5 stars.
After the way this was handled, I am increasing their rating to a 4. The mishap still occurred but the recovery was above and beyond.
