  • Last night's service was horrible from the food to the service. Definitely not I've been accustomed to. The Chicken and Waffles for both my wife and I were bland with little bacon bits and the waffles were very doughy and soft with little taste. The service by our waitress was unpleasant, unfriendly and awkward. The last couple of trips to Big View Diner has been like this trip in regards to the food so we'll hold off from visiting until they bring their service and standards up. Very disappointed in Big View Diner. Xenia Hospitality reached out to me as a show of PR but we're absolutely uninterested in hearing my comments about how they're processes could be better and have validated that real customer service is a ruse. Don't be fooled.
