  • I bought a Jacuzzi hot tub from Imagine two weeks ago, and the experience with both has been wonderful to date. The sales experience was informative and good without any high pressure. The delivery was quick and highly professional, and the follow-up orientation was wonderful. I was especially impressed with the orientation since we live about 1.5 hours away from the company. At this point, I haven't needed any service, but from my experience, I certainly assume that they will be here for me.
