  • Absolutely terrible customer service. I went in not knowing what I needed and hoping she would be able to give me some guidance. She fully took this to her advantage trying to sell me $150+ worth of products for a minor breakout. When I said I wasn't interested in that, I was just looking for a facial, she said she doesn't do that. Very rude. I walked out.
