  • We were in the process of having one of our bathrooms remodeled and thought we would go to Patete to see what they had available. This was on a Saturday at the beginning of May 2014. We were shown around by a young lady and then asked to fill out a form so that "Kevin" would be able to call us at the "beginning of the week" to set up a consult at our home. The next week came and went , so 10 days after our visit, I called their comany and asked the young lady who answered the phone how long it usually took to have a call returned to us to set up a consult. She said within 2-3 days. I then told her how rude I thought they were since it was 10 days since we were in their store. She stumbled and I hung up! We had another company complete our work and everything was done this past Thursday! It is gorgeous and was done by a friendly company! Their commercials make the company seem friendly with Dad and Son holding coffee cups and smiling, but clearly they are not a welcoming company!
