  • I have never been to a place designated for kids that was more unfriendly than the people here. Not one stylist smiled or tried to amuse the children. I had a 10am appointment yet they had 4 kids go ahead of us. No apology, nothing. When I called the day before to make the appointment he told me we would be the first one on the day. My son wasn't seen until 10:20. The person doing clean up looked like she was being tortured by having to be there. The chairs for the kids are great but the stylist who cut my son's hair was shaking plus we specifically asked for her to leave his hair long enough to make a little Mohawk. She cut it down to nothing. It's a great idea for kids to have their haircuts. However, the staff needs to be replaced with friendly people. They could also learn a thing or two about customer service. I do not recommend this place.
