  • We used this cab service about 5-6 times in 2015, and only once were they on time. The last time we ordered a cab, they said 5-20 minutes until it would pick us up. After waiting 40 minutes, we called them. They said it was on its way. 20 more minutes later, we call and wait on hold again to find out they are having issues with their "system" and no one is coming. In fact, no one was ever dispatched. I'm pretty flexible, but I don't like waiting for over an hour for a cab that isn't coming.
