Ordered 2 pair of boots online. Kept 1 pair, returned the other pair to the Mesa store on 3/17.
The retail store cannot process returns ... They call Boot Barn online to have them process the return and write the name of the person that they spoke to on the top of my online order confirmation paper I brought in which in my case was Anbury. I was informed that the return was submitted and it should post within 48 hours. Well Anbury did not process return. Ten days later, credit still had not posted. I called Boot Barn online on 3/27 to question why Anbury did not process my return and Boot Barn apologized that Anbury never processed the return (saw the paperwork sitting there). The customer service agent ensured it would be processed that day and it should appear in the next 48 hours. Just saw my credit card statement and Boot Barn charged my credit card on 3/30 for the pair of boots I returned on 3/17. I called my bank and filed a dispute. Had to take the time to explain everything to the bank about the incompetent people Boot Barn has working for them and how they apparently do not know how to process returns or try to get away with double charging their customers thinking they will not notice the difference of a charge from a credit to Boot Barn's advantage,
I would avoid doing business with this company. No integrity and dishonest. Talks the talk but does not follow through.
