| - I would rate this as a solid 3 1/2 Stars. The food is good, I just expected better (considering it is located in Chinatown). We ordered the barbecued pork as an appetizer, and shrimp with lobster sauce, General Tso's chicken, and Mongolian beef, as the entree's. Barbecued pork was tender and tasty. General Tso's chicken was cooked properly (crisp on the outside, tender on the inside), but tasted more like sweet and sour chicken (as it did not have the usually red hot peppers, so it was not spicy at all). The shrimp and lobster sauce was good, although the shrimp could have been a little larger and the removal of the tails would have been better. The Mongolian beef was also good, but many places in Vegas/Henderson make Mongolian beef as good (or better). I have eaten in some geat Chinese restaurants in New York, and China, so take that into consideration in reading my review (as my expectations are high). I think overall, most people will enjoy their meal at Kung Fu Thai & Chinese Restaurant.
