  • I absolutely love my At Home store. I was shopping with them when they where Garden Ridge. Although I love the store, this store has horrible customer service. I stood in the checkout line for 30 minutes. When the manage finally arrived, I asked her about my picture because it was damaged. Before I could show her what happened and ask her if there was any in the back, she cut me off and said in a rude manner, "10% off and NO REFUNDS." Then she walked away and never assisted her employee with moving the line, which shows how horrible you are as a manager. As a customer, I do not have to waste my hard earned money with a company that has horrible customer service and treats me like krap. I will never shop here again.
