  • Overall the room was clean and we did have a nice view even though the hotel is located at the end of the strip. However, a few things happened that accounted for the 3 star rating first off the TV did not work, we notified them and they indicated that they would come up and fix it...well a few hours went by and finally at about 1am when we were sleeping..they wake us with a ph call and ask if we want them to come and fix it...of course our answer is No! we are sleeping. The next day my friend calls and speaks to management about the inconvenience, they end up giving us a credit of $50 which we can use before 4pm (our late checkout time) in food or drinks. 2nd issue..it's a little after 3pm and we go to one of the restaurants to order some food, and have it added to our room acct..as they requested us that we do, however, at this point the waiter notifies us that he cannot do that as we have already been checked out of our room, now we have to go walk to the front desk and speak to them so that they may resolve it...we stand there for a total of about 45 min. until they finally resolve the issue and give us the credit...it was just a hassle, and took up our time that we could of spent doing better things.
