  • Worst customer service experience ever. It has been over 2 weeks and I am still so mad at this company that i cannot think of enough horrible things to say. I asked to speak to the Manager/Owner and was told no. As long as nothing was damaged the only thing they could do is talk to the mover that was acting like a jacka@@. Groupon Scam, they get you and then instead of filing the truck they tell you it will take too long to to load and be faster to do 2 trips. Ended up paying over 700 dollars to move less than 13 miles and just prayed for them to leave. If you use this company you may as well bend over. I had many family and friends as witness and called the office and they did not would not refund any money and again would NOT allow me to speak to the owner. Dont know how to do the right things for the right reasons.... ethics = i think NOT.
