  • Geek Squad at Best Buy is the worst company I have ever dealt with. It is long and painful to get ANYTHING done to your computer. Once you buy it from Best Buy you are on your own because this company could give a shit about your computer problems after you purchase it and buy this support. Run far and be very afraid of this disastrous company chocked full of rudeness and bad customer service and painstakingly horrible wait times only to find the problem is still not fixed. I will NEVER purchase this service again. Shame on you Geek Squad and best buy for being associated with this despicable company.
