  • The measure of a USED CAR DEALERSHIP is how far will they go to make the customer happy. That's my opinion anyway. When buying a used car, with or without a warranty, that's what you get a USED CAR. that being said I did have a few small problems shortly after taking delivery of the Car (2011 BMW X5 3.5I). They were sympathetic to our situation. I won't go into extreme detail, but, they made it right. I'm sure they have many cars pass through their hands with no problem. When a problem does arrise they handle it with a high level of integrity. Btw I we are not the only customer that they have assisted after the fact, these are good fellas, thank you Heath and Charlie!
