  • Horrible customer service. I called a couple of hours before coming in to make an appointment. I was told I didn't need one because they weren't busy. I showed up and was asked what I needed and told told to pick a color and have a seat at the station. Not one minute later, a young man approaches me and asks me to come back in 50 minutes because the guy that does acrylics wasn't in. I can't even describe anything else because I never got taken care of. Horrible!
