| - Needing a Wi Fi extender, and I wasn't willing to order it online via Amazon and wait two days. I needed it now! I drove down to my local Best Buy, and walked to the aisle that had all of the routers and Wi-Fi extenders. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi extender I was looking for was probably discontinued. I was left on my own in a sea of Wi-Fi extenders bearing options such as dual band, super extender, Ultimate Technol G, etc. etc. Comparing and contrasting all the extenders by myself not a single employee offered to assist. I used my phone to compare and contrast WiFi exextenders using Amazon. I was ready to make the order on Amazon, however I really needed this Wi-Fi extender this evening, so I went ahead and bought it from Best Buy.
It is my understanding, that Best Buy as a company is not doing well. Perhaps improving customer service would help?
Check out was easy and friendly. And of course, as usual, I was offered the option to purchase an extended warranty.
