  • Went to see about a refurbished dryer. Opted to have our dryer looked at first...it was squealing horrendously. Not only was the fee for assessment super reasonable (beat the snot out of what Sears wanted to charge), but the repair we opted for resulted in what essentially amounts to a new dryer for less money than a replacement. Jesse was amazing and went above and beyond in every way! We might have ended up disposing of our old dryer, but ended up creating no waste. I recommend at least letting them look at your busted dryer. If it's too expensive to fix, they have very reasonably priced refurbished ones for sale. Really superior, especially at customer service!
