This review is for service department. A few years back we had great experiences going here. Not any more! Monday we made an appointment for 7:00 am for Friday, we dropped the car off Thursday evening. Friday noon, we had not heard from them and gave them call.
We where informed that our car was not serviced and there are four cars ahead of us.
Spoke to the Service Manager and he informed us that making an appointment does not mean anything and if we don't like it we can just pick up the car. He will have it waiting for us. When we picked up the car we told the service manager that Chapman Ford has lost a customer. He replied " I don't care ". We will not be returning to this Ford Dealership.
Hopefully, the service department was just having a bad week and your experience will be different.
