I would say Shiloh Grill is your run of the mill American bar/grill. Came here for dinner on a Sunday night and everything about it was just about average for me. I do, however, hear that they have an amazing brunch.
So Shiloh Grill is known for their mac and cheese, but I didn't really want something so heavy as my main entree. It doesn't come with any sides so I opted for something a little less rich: the chicken quesadilla. Meh. It didn't blow me away; the spices used to flavor the chicken almost didn't make sense for a quesadilla. It tasted like it was flavored with just oregano or thyme? I don't know what it was but I didn't favor it.
I will say that our waitress was great. She was so patient with me and my friend as it took us forever to decide. She was also incredibly helpful with describing the menu.
Will I come here again? Probably, to try out the brunch.
