This place is definitely a staple for us when we travel to Vegas. It is always consistent and delicious.
We usually get the oxtail pho, beef noodle soup (hue) that has blood and tendons in it (it's actually quite delicious) the broth is beef bone broth with tomato paste is the base. The Vietnamese fried spring rolls are delicious. There's really nothing here I don't like, honestly.
Love the Vietnamese iced coffee. You can get it hot or cold; with it without condensed milk. And if you asked for it the traditional way they will bring it out where it drips and brews for you at your table and you assemble it. Such a great place!
